This step will now turn around the way the subject is interpreted both at an individual level and also as a future career option.
Day to day activities of the department are as:
- Providing our undergraduate (MBBS) students with mindful and informative lessons about the subject.
- To instil enthusiasm in the students about the subject by increased exposure to the practicals and clinicals aspect .
- To openly discuss and interact with our under graduates on the importance of autopsy and medico legal cases .
- An open museum with photographs and visual, depicting medical ethics and collection of specimen and photographs of all our sensitive medicolegal autopsy& charts, ensuring proper and clear picture in the process of learning of students .
- To develop a well-organised, well-equipped department with all modern teaching facilities to train medical students and to cater medicolegal services to the public at large.
- To produce a Doctor who is well informed about medicolegal responsibities during the practice of medicine.
Sticking to the acknowledgement of the above golden words and sharing knowledge in the same respect with the department and to our students, striving to make the department better everyday.
